I'll ask you to complete a number of questionnaires, carry out some appropriate fitness tests and take some body measurements. From the results of the tests we'll agree some short, medium and long term goals and a suitable fitness program to enable you to achieve them.
Training from the comfort of your own home or an outdoor location of your choice, your personalised programme will be designed to use minimal kit (if any available), be varied in exercises selection, address posture and flexibility and most importantly be suited to your own personal requirements.
